Martin "Marty" Knollenberg is a Republican politician from the U.S. state of Michigan who previously served in the Michigan Senate from the 13th district. He was a member of the Michigan State House of Representatives, representing the 41st District which covers the cities of Troy and Clawson in Oakland County. He is the son of former U.S. Congressman Joe Knollenberg, who represented Michigan's 9th congressional district from 1993 until 2009.

Theodore Hoskins, also referred to as Ted Hoskins, is an American politician with the Democratic Party. He was a member of the Missouri House of Representatives and has been mayor of Berkeley, Missouri since his election in 2012. Hoskins was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in Berkeley, Missouri. He served in the United States Air Force from 1956 to 1961, and left with an honorable discharge. He received education in business administration at Florissant Valley Community College, where he obtained an associate's degree, and at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He is married with three children, and resides in Berkeley, Missouri. Hoskins has worked in a financial capacity with Bi-State Development Agency, and is owner and CEO of T & L Automated Accounting Services.

Jason Thomas Smith is an American businessman and politician who has been the U.S. representative for Missouri's 8th congressional district since 2013. The district comprises 30 counties, covering just under 20,000 square miles of southeastern and southern Missouri.

Ed Schieffer was a Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives. He represented the 11th District, encompassing all or parts of Lincoln county. Schieffer was first elected to the Missouri House in November, 2006, and reelected in 2008, 2010 and 2012.

Nathan Belt "Nate" Walker is an American businessman, realtor, and politician from the state of Missouri. A Republican, Walker was elected to the Missouri House of Representatives from Missouri's 3rd District in November 2012. He represented the western portion Adair County as well as all of Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan counties. Walker previously served in the Missouri House of Representatives during the 1980s, and was a candidate for Missouri Lieutenant Governor in 1984.

Sandy Crawford is an American banker and politician from the state of Missouri. A Republican, she represents the 28th District in the Missouri Senate, which encompasses all of Benton County, Cedar County, Dallas County, Henry County, Hickory County, Pettis County, Polk County, St. Clair County, and Vernon County. She was elected Senator in an August 2017 special election. Crawford previously served as the House Majority Whip, and in the Missouri House from 2010 to August 2017.

Joe Adams is an American politician. succeeding Rory Ellinger, as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, from 2015 to 2019. He was succeeded by Maria Chappelle-Nadal for one term, then after she stepped down, was elected again to his old seat in 2020, taking office in 2021. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

The 2018 United States House of Representatives elections in Colorado were held on November 6, 2018, to elect the seven U.S. representatives from the state of Colorado, one from each of the state's seven congressional districts. The Republican and Democratic Party primaries in Colorado were held on June 26, 2018. The elections coincided with the gubernatorial election, as well as other elections to the House of Representatives, elections to the United States Senate, and various state and local elections.

The district, once represented by U.S. Senator Chris Murphy, comprises much of the state's northwestern portion, including New Britain, Danbury, and Waterbury. A member of the Democratic Party, Hayes is the first Black woman and Black Democrat to represent Connecticut in Congress. She was recognized as the National Teacher of the Year in 2016.
