Club career

Wright began his career with Millwall, spending loan spells at non-league sides Walton Casuals, [3] Cray Wanderers [4] and Bath City [5] between 2019 and 2024. In July 2023, he joined League Two club Salford City on a season-long loan, [6] making three appearances in the EFL Trophy before the deal was cut short in January 2024. He subsequently moved to Irish side Galway United for the remainder of the season. [7]

After his spell in Ireland, Wright returned to England and signed for Eastbourne Borough of the National League South ahead of the 2024–25 campaign, [8] going on to make 42 league appearances as the club narrowly missed out on promotion.

On 29 July 2025, he joined newly promoted League Two side Barnet following a successful trial, [9] making his debut the same day in an EFL Cup tie against Newport County. [10] On 6 September 2025, he moved to Dorking Wanderers on an emergency loan. [11]
