Edita Pučinskaitė is a Lithuanian racing cyclist. For many years, she was one of the top competitors in women's road racing with a victory in the World Road Race Championships in 1999 and several high finishes in major tours, world championships and the UCI points listings.

Evgeni Petrov is a Russian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2001 and 2016 for the Mapei–Quick-Step, iBanesto.com, Saeco, Lampre–Fondital, Tinkoff Credit Systems, Team Katusha, Astana and Tinkoff teams. He won the 11th stage of the 2010 Giro d'Italia from Lucera to L'Aquila. He was ejected from the 2005 Tour de France and suspended from cycling for two weeks after his haemetocrit was deemed over the limit by morning controls on the tenth stage.
Ryan Rodney Cox was a South African professional road racing cyclist. He had been cycling since 1987 and turned professional in 2000. He first joined Amore & Vita–Giubileo 2000–Beretta but changed the following year to Team Cologne which was based in Germany. He had been a member of Team Barloworld since 2003. In 2004 and 2005 he won the South African National Road Race Championships.
Peter Velits is a Slovakian former professional road racing cyclist. His career highlights included third place overall and a stage win at the 2010 Vuelta a España, the 2007 World Under-23 Road Race Championships gold and the 2012 Tour of Oman overall victory. Velits was also known as strong time-trialist, winning three consecutive team time trials as a part of Omega Pharma–Quick-Step in 2012 and 2013 and riding on the BMC Racing Team in 2014 UCI Road World Championships. His twin brother, Martin Velits also competed professionally, having raced on the same teams every year until the end of the 2013 season.
Bartosz Huzarski is a Polish former professional road bicycle racer, who competed professionally between 2002 and 2016 for the Mróz–Action–UNIQA, ISD–NERI and Bora–Argon 18 teams.

He finished 56th in the road race and 38th in the road time trial at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. In 2017, Kvasina was given a four-year doping suspension after a positive drugs test at that year's Flèche du Sud.
Edwige Pitel is a French racing cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Women's Continental Team Cogeas–Mettler–Look. Pitel was the winner of the 2003 ITU Duathlon World Championships.

He won the South African National Road Race Championships in 2014, and has finished 8th overall in the Tour de France, on 3 occasions in 2016, 2017 and 2022. He has also finished 10th overall at the 2015 Vuelta a España, and won a stage at the 2022 Vuelta a España.

Amanuel Ghebreigzabhier Egerzeigzaarhka is an Ethiopian-born Eritrean cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI WorldTeam Trek–Segafredo. In August 2018, he was named in the startlist for the 2018 Vuelta a España. In May 2019, he was named in the startlist for the 2019 Giro d'Italia.
