His work, generally oil on oak wood, mainly contains fantastic illustrations of religious concepts and narratives. Van den Bosch was in the team for the 1954 FIFA World Cup.

The Eerste Divisie 2009–10 was the 54th season of the Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1956.
