Erith is an area in south-east London,England,13.3 miles (21.4 km) east of Charing Cross. Before the creation of Greater London in 1965,it was in the historical county of Kent. Since 1965 it has formed part of the London Borough of Bexley. It lies north-east of Bexleyheath and north-west of Dartford,on the south bank of the River Thames.

She and Bell Ribeiro-Addy,both elected in the 2019 general election,are the first female British Ghanaian MPs.
The 2022 Bexley London Borough Council election took place on 5 May 2022. 45 members of Bexley London Borough Council were elected. The elections took place alongside local elections in the other London boroughs and elections to local authorities across the United Kingdom.
