American country music singer John Conlee has released twelve studio albums and thirty-five singles.

Conlee made his charted debut in 1978 with "Rose Colored Glasses", which went to number five on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Conlee charted 32 times on Hot Country Songs, reaching number one with "Lady Lay Down", "Backside of Thirty", "Common Man", "I'm Only in It for the Love", "In My Eyes", "As Long as I'm Rockin' with You", and "Got My Heart Set on You".

Conlee's debut album Rose Colored Glasses was released through ABC Records. After that label was acquired by MCA Records, he recorded for MCA until 1986, when he transferred to Columbia Records. He moved again to the former 16th Avenue Records in 1989, and the independent RCR label in 2000.

"Rose Colored Glasses" is a song by American recording artist Kelly Rowland, recorded for her third studio album, Here I Am (2011). It was written by Ester Dean and Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald, with lyrics reflecting the different perspectives on relationships and how one can perceive a relationship different from the outside. It opens with an electro-crescendo followed by Rowland's vocals which were produced by Emily Wright; the song's production is based upon layered synths and drums, programmed by Dr. Luke. Dean helped Rowland to record the song, which Rowland said made her cry as it reminded her of her own experiences in past relationships. "Rose Colored Glasses" also had an effect on Rowland's vocals, causing them to swell. The song was serviced to rhythmic and contemporary hit radio on June 29, 2010. Can I Sleep in Your Arms/Lucky Ladies is a studio album by American country artist Jeannie Seely. It was released by MCA Records in November 1973 and was her ninth studio project. It consisted of 11 tracks, four of which were written by songwriter Hank Cochran. Among the tracks were six songs originally released as singles: "Tell Me Again", "Alright I'll Sign the Papers", "Pride", "Farm in Pennsyltucky", "Can I Sleep in Your Arms" and "Lucky Ladies". Its highest-charting singles were the latter two releases, reaching the US country top ten and top 20 respectively. The album itself made the top 20 of the US country chart during the same period. The project received reviews from music publications following its original release.
