John Tui (pronounced two-we; born 11 June 1975) is a New Zealand actor of Tongan descent. [2] He is known for his roles as Anubis "Doggie" Cruger in Power Rangers S.P.D. and as Daggeron in Power Rangers Mystic Force , both filmed in his native New Zealand. He has since transitioned to roles in Hollywood projects such as Hobbs & Shaw and Young Rock .

Tui was born in Auckland, New Zealand. He grew up in Manurewa, New Zealand. [3] [4] In 2002, Tui married Liyah. [3] He has four children, including twin sons.

Titanium was a New Zealand pop boy band formed in Auckland in 2012 from the winners of The Edge radio station's competition to create New Zealand's first authentic boy band. The Edge radio station hosted auditions across New Zealand and eventually six young men were selected for the group consisting of members, Zac Taylor, Andrew Papas, Jordi Webber, Shaquille Paranihi-Ngauma, Haydn Linsley and T.K Paradza. Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw is a 2019 buddy action comedy film directed by David Leitch from a screenplay by Chris Morgan and Drew Pearce, based on a story by Morgan. It is the first spin-off film in the Fast & Furious franchise, set after the events of The Fate of the Furious (2017). It stars Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Idris Elba, Vanessa Kirby, Eiza González, Cliff Curtis, and Helen Mirren. In the film, the unlikely pairing of Luke Hobbs (Johnson) and Deckard Shaw (Statham) join Deckard's sister Hattie Shaw (Kirby) to take down Brixton Lore (Elba), a cybernetically enhanced terrorist threatening the world with a deadly virus.
