Tommy Seebach, born Tommy Seebach Mortensen in Copenhagen, Denmark, was a popular Danish singer, composer, organist, pianist and producer. He is best known as front man of Sir Henry and his Butlers and for numerous contributions to the Danish qualifier for the Eurovision song contest, the Dansk Melodi Grand Prix, which he won three times. He was the father of songwriter/producer Nicolai Seebach and singer/songwriter/producer Rasmus Seebach.
Sanne Salomonsen, is a Danish singer. She has been performing since 1973, and various songs by her band Sneakers were on the charts continuously from 1979 to 1985. She was also a member of the Anne Linnet Band. Salomonsen is the daughter of ornithologist Finn Salomonsen.
Lars Christian Olsen a Danish former footballer and manager, is manager of the Faroe Islands national football team and Esbjerg fB in the Danish Superliga. He started his coaching career with Randers in 2003, guiding them to promotion for the Danish Superliga. He led the team to the 2006 Danish Cup trophy, and Olsen was named 2006 Danish Manager of the Year. He then coached Odense BK from 2007 to 2010.

The Danish Music Awards (DMA) is a Danish award show. The show has been arranged by IFPI since 1989, and was originally called IFPI-prisen ("IFPI-Award") until 1991, when it changed its name to Dansk Grammy. Rend mig i traditionerne, from 1959 is about an adolescent who finally ends up in an asylum because he thinks society is mad. This novel was made into a film in 1979. Fern fra Danmark is about a man who wakes up in a hospital with amnesia but discovers more and more about a not very pleasant self.

More than one film also can receive the award in a single year, as occurred in 1955.

Dalton is a Danish supergroup made up of singers Lars Lilholt, Johnny Madsen and Allan Olsen, all successful artists in their own right. The band was formed in 1983 and released their debut album in 1992, a full decade after having performed together. The album was self-titled Dalton. The Sandmen is a Danish rock band that was formed in Copenhagen in 1985. The band broke up in 1995, but was reunited in 2003 on the occasion of the release of the compilation album Beauties and Beasts. In 2006 they revived releasing their studio album, the first in over a decade called White Trash Red Front, their biggest success. In 2014, the band has become a trio formation of Allan Vegenfeldt, Michael Illo Rasmussen and Stefan Moulvad with a new release Den Bedste dag and a new departure for the band in its first album in Danish after 8 albums in English.
Press Play On Tape (PPOT) is a Danish band that uses Commodore 64 tunes. The band formed in 1999 and has six members. The band classifies itself as a rock and bitpop band. The band's name originates from the message that the Commodore 64 computer outputs as a response to the LOAD command.
