Early life and high school

Walker attended George D. Chamberlain High School in Tampa, Florida. He was rated as a three-star recruit and committed to play college football for the Missouri Tigers. [1] [2]

College career

Walker took a redshirt season in 2020. [3] In the 2023 season opener, he tallied six tackles with one and a half being for a loss, and a sack versus South Dakota. [4] In the 2023 Cotton Bowl Classic, Walker notched two tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble, as he helped the Tigers defeat Ohio State, earning the game's defensive MVP award. [5] During his first three collegiate seasons from 2021 to 2023, he appeared in 27 games where he totaled 59 tackles with 14 being for a loss, nine sacks, and three forced fumbles. [6] In week 9 of the 2024 season, Walker totaled four tackles with two being for a loss, and two sacks against Alabama. [7] For his performance during the 2024 season, he was named second-team all-SEC. [8]

The 2014 Missouri Tigers football team represented the University of Missouri in the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season. It was the Tigers' third season as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) in the Eastern Division. The team was led by head coach Gary Pinkel, who was in his 14th year, and played its home games at Faurot Field in Columbia, Missouri. They finished the season 11–3, 7–1 in SEC play to be champions of the Eastern Division. They represented the Eastern Division in the SEC Championship Game where they lost to Western Division champions Alabama 13–42. They were invited to the Citrus Bowl where they defeated Minnesota 33–17.
