The film was received the government funding in the 2020-21 fiscal year and received the censor clearance in 2023 and the government granted film is being released on OTT after four years of production but not released in theaters. The producer said, "It was initially released on OTT by mistake. The movie was later removed from there. We have an agreement with iScreen.
