Red tape is an idiom referring to regulations or conformity to formal rules or standards which are claimed to be excessive, rigid or redundant, or to bureaucracy claimed to hinder or prevent action or decision-making. It is usually applied to governments, corporations, and other large organizations. Things often described as "red tape" include filling out paperwork, obtaining licenses, having multiple people or committees approve a decision and various low-level rules that make conducting one's affairs slower, more difficult, or both. Red tape has been found to hamper organizational performance and employee wellbeing across countries and contexts by a meta-analysis and meta-regression in 2021, and especially internal red tape imposed by the organization itself on its employees was identified as particularly harmful. A related concept, administrative burden, refers to the costs citizens may experience in their interaction with government even if bureaucratic regulations or procedures serve legitimate purposes.
Sysmä is a municipality of Finland. It is situated in the Päijät-Häme region. The municipality has a population of 3,496 (31 December 2023) and covers an area of 936.18 square kilometres (361.46 sq mi) of which 269.14 km2 (103.92 sq mi) is water. The 2015 Ronde van Drenthe World Cup was the 9th running of the Ronde van Drenthe World Cup, a women's bicycle race in the Netherlands. It was the first race of the 2015 UCI Women's Road World Cup and was held on 14 March 2015 over a distance of 138.3 kilometres, starting and finishing in Hoogeveen. The race was won by Jolien D'Hoore (Wiggle–Honda) in a sprint finish, ahead of Amy Pieters and Ellen van Dijk (Boels–Dolmans).

The second running of the women's event of the Three Days of Bruges–De Panne, also called Lotto Women Classic Bruges–De Panne, was held on 28 March 2019. The race started in Bruges and finished in De Panne with two 15 km (9.3 mi) loops between De Panne and Koksijde, totalling 134.4 km (83.5 mi). It was the fourth leg of the 2019 UCI Women's World Tour. Defending champion Jolien D'Hoore did not compete after breaking her collar bone in the Drentse 8.
