Jonah Laulu (born June 30, 2000) is an American professional football defensive tackle for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors and the Oklahoma Sooners.
Laulu was a member of Hawaii's scout team in 2018. At the conclusion of the season, he was named the scout team defensive MVP. [1] [2] In 2021, Laulu amassed 34 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and four sacks, before transferring to the University of Oklahoma to play for the Oklahoma Sooners. [3]
In his first season with Oklahoma, Laulu recorded 5.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, and an interception. [4] Entering the 2023 season, he switched positions, becoming a defensive tackle. [5] [6] In his final collegiate season, Laulu made three starts, totaling 11 tackles, three tackles for loss, and a sack. [7]

Laulu was drafted in the seventh round with the 234th overall pick by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2024 NFL draft. [10] He was waived on August 27, 2024. [11]
On August 28, 2024, Laulu was claimed off waivers by the Las Vegas Raiders. [12]
Tommie Harris Jr. is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle for eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Oklahoma, and was recognized as a consensus All-American twice. The Chicago Bears chose him in the first round of the 2004 NFL draft, and he also played a season for the San Diego Chargers. He was a three-time Pro Bowl selection.
Gerald Keith McCoy Jr. is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, earning consensus All-American honors. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the third overall pick of the 2010 NFL draft. McCoy has been selected to the Pro Bowl six times, and was selected to one First-team All-Pro.
