"Beautiful Dreamer" is a parlor song by American songwriter Stephen Foster. It was published posthumously in March 1864, by Wm. A. Pond & Co. of New York. The first edition states on its title page that it is "the last song ever written by Stephen C. Foster, composed but a few days prior to his death." However, Carol Kimball, the author of Song, points out that the first edition's copyright is dated 1862, which suggests, she writes, that the song was composed and readied for publication two years before Foster's death. There are at least 20 songs, she observes, that claim to be Foster's last, and it is unknown which is indeed his last. The song is set in 9

Hugh Martin was an American musical theater and film composer, arranger, vocal coach, and playwright. He was best known for his score for the 1944 MGM musical Meet Me in St. Louis, in which Judy Garland sang three Martin songs, "The Boy Next Door," "The Trolley Song," and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas." The last of these has become a Christmas season standard in the United States and around the English-speaking world. Martin became a close friend of Garland and was her accompanist at many of her concert performances in the 1950s, including her appearances at the Palace Theater.
David Lang is an American composer living in New York City. Co-founder of the musical collective Bang on a Can, he was awarded the 2008 Pulitzer Prize for Music for The Little Match Girl Passion, which went on to win a 2010 Grammy Award for Best Small Ensemble Performance by Paul Hillier and Theatre of Voices. Lang was nominated for an Academy Award for "Simple Song #3" from the film Youth.
Paravoor Govindan Devarajan (1927-2006), popularly known as G. Devarajan or Devarajan master, was an Indian music composer and Carnatic singer. He scored music for more than three hundred Malayalam films, many dramas, and twenty Tamil and four Kannada movies. His collaborations with Vayalar Ramavarma produced the golden era of Malayalam film music and many of his compositions remain ever green classics in Malayalam. His music in the Tamil film Annai Velankanni has received many accolades. Devarajan received Kerala Government's Best Music Director award five times, among other honours. In 2005, he was honoured with the J. C. Daniel Award, Kerala government's highest honour for contributions to Malayalam cinema.

Music from the album was used in two David Gordon Green films, All the Real Girls and Undertow. Pyramid also composed the music for Jody Hill's The Foot Fist Way, co-composed Shotgun Stories for Jeff Nichols, and added additional score to Craig Zobel's Great World of Sound.

They are known for their work composing and performing music for television series including Big Sky, Eastbound & Down, The Simpsons, The Righteous Gemstones, and Dead to Me. They have also composed music for films such as Halloween, Don Verdean, Rules Don't Apply, Yoga Hosers, and Masterminds. Heavy Young Heathens co-composed and perform "Being Evil Has a Price", the main theme to the popular Netflix series Lucifer. Most recently, Heavy Young Heathens composed and perform the original song "Psalm 28.7" for the first episode of The Righteous Gemstones second season. In the scene, Eric Andre and Jessica Lowe are seen performing the song in front of their Texas Megachurch congregation as Lyle and Lindy Lissons.

Sushin is a recipient of Kerala State Film Award for Best Music Director in 2019 for Kumbalangi Nights.
The Righteous Gemstones is an American black comedy television series created by Danny McBride that premiered on August 18, 2019, on HBO. The series follows a famous yet dysfunctional family of televangelists. It stars McBride, John Goodman, Edi Patterson, Adam DeVine, Cassidy Freeman, Tony Cavalero, Tim Baltz, Skyler Gisondo, and Walton Goggins. In September 2019, HBO renewed the series for a second season, which premiered on January 9, 2022. In January 2022, the series was renewed for a third season.
