Josh Barlow (born 15 May 1991) is a former Scotland international rugby league footballer who last played for Halifax and the Swinton Lions.

Barlow was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, England.[ citation needed ]
Barlow started playing rugby league with amateur side King Cross before joining Wigan at the age of 16. He played in the club's academy sides, but failed to make a first-team appearance. He then moved to Australia, where he played in the Illawarra League where he played for Berkeley Eagles and Collegians clubs, but returned to Britain later that year and joined Huddersfield. In autumn 2010, he signed for hometown club Halifax. [3] Barlow left Halifax at the end of the 2012 season to join Swinton. [4]
Barlow is a Scotland international, having made his début in 2011. Although not initially named in their squad for the 2013 Rugby League World Cup, he was later called up as a replacement for the injured Jonathan Walker. [5]
In October and November 2014, Barlow played in the 2014 European Cup competition. He played in all of Scotland's fixtures.
The York Knights are the men's professional rugby league team of York RLFC based in York, England. The Knights played their home games at Huntington Stadium before moving to Bootham Crescent. In 2021, they moved to the newly built York Community Stadium. the previous site of Huntington stadium, where they ground share with the York RLFC women's team York Valkyrie and York City F.C. In the 2016 season they played in League 1. In 2018 the club succeeded in winning all their matches except two and were crowned league champions, earning immediate promotion to the Championship league. The current club was formed in 2002 after the original York club folded.

Kenneth Roberts was an English rugby union and professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. At 6' 1" and over sixteen stones Ken was a towering figure, quick runner and a damaging defender who always took the game to the opposition. He was an intimidating scrummager, inspiring pack leader and a player to be feared, respected and admired.
