In the June 2020 primary he was defeated in his bid for re-election,coming in last of Republican candidates running.
Danielle Walker is an American politician and community activist,who served as a Democratic member of the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2018 until her resignation in 2023. Through her tenure,Walker was the only Black woman serving in the West Virginia Legislature. In June 2022,Walker was elected vice chair of the West Virginia Democratic Party,she later resigned as vice chairwoman after her selection as the leader of the American Civil Liberties Union of West Virginia.
Jonathan Derrick Evans is an American far-right politician and convicted felon who served as a member of the West Virginia House of Delegates for the 19th district from December 1,2020,to January 9,2021.
Fairness West Virginia is the statewide lesbian,gay,bisexual and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization for the U.S. state of West Virginia. Founded in 2009 by Stephen Skinner,the organization is currently headed by Andrew Schneider and is headquartered in downtown Charleston.
