Joyce Gatiiria Njagi Kithure is the Second Lady of Kenya and a senior lecturer in Environmental Chemistry at the University of Nairobi. She has a strong academic background,with a focus on environmental processes and their impacts,and is involved in various community initiatives alongside her role as Second Lady.
Kithure was born in the 1970s in Meru District,Kenya. She earned a Bachelor of Science,a Master of Science,and a PhD in Environmental Chemistry from the University of Nairobi, [1] focusing on environmental processes and their impact on ecosystems.

Abraham Kithure Kindiki is a Kenyan politician and lawyer who is currently serving as the 3rd deputy President of Kenya since 1 November 2024. Before becoming Deputy President,he served as the Cabinet Secretary for Interior from 22 October 2022 to 31 October 2024 under President William Ruto,and he represented Tharaka-Nithi County in the Senate of Kenya from 2013 until 2022.
