Zimbabwe Cricket (ZC), previously known as the Zimbabwe Cricket Union (ZCU) until 2004, is the governing body for the sport of cricket in Zimbabwe. Zimbabwe Cricket is a full member of the International Cricket Council (ICC), and administers the Zimbabwe national cricket team, organising Test tours, One-Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals with other nations. It also organises domestic cricket, including the Castle Logan Cup, the Coca-Cola Metbank Pro50 Championship and the Stanbic Bank 20 Series in Zimbabwe.

Michael Steward Heath is an American former competition swimmer who specialized in freestyle events. He is a three-time Olympic gold medalist, and a former world record-holder in two relay swimming events. A native of Texas, he won two national collegiate championship competing for the University of Florida. During his elite swimming career, Heath won ten medals in major international championships, including seven golds, two silvers and a bronze, spanning the Olympic Games, FINA World Championships, and Pan Pacific Championships.

Matthew Morgan "Matt" Ryan, OAM is an Olympic-level equestrian rider. He is a triple Olympic gold medalist who competed for Australia. Matt has three older brothers, including the internationally successful eventer and dressage rider, Heath Ryan. In 1984. he travelled to Britain to train with the great Richard Meade, before returning home the following year, and then went back to the UK in 1989 to set up a stable.
South Africa sent a delegation to compete at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, United States from 8–24 February 2002. This was South Africa's fourth time appearing at a Winter Olympic Games. The nation's delegation consisted of a single alpine skier, Alexander Heath. In his best performance, he finished 27th in the men's slalom.

The Marshall Islands marked its second consecutive Olympiad, at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, from July 27 to August 12, 2012. The Olympian delegation included two men and two women, one male and one female athlete in athletics and one male and one female athlete in swimming. Middle-distance runner Haley Nemra was honored as the national flag bearer at the opening ceremony. The Marshall Islands continued their streak of bringing home no medals.
Lauren Meece is an American former judoka who competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics. In an editorial about LGBT Olympians being out at the Olympics she stated that athletes should be allowed to focus on their sports goals without having to be role models. She came out after her competition.
Heath Francis Young is an Australian judoka, who competed in the men's half-lightweight category. He held five Australian titles in his own division, picked up a total of thirteen medals in his career, including two golds from the Oceania Championships, and represented his nation Australia in the 66-kg class at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Throughout his sporting career, Young trained full-time for the senior team at Tiger-Do Judo Academy in his native Sydney, under his personal coach, father, and sensei Terry Young.
Lara Maree Hooiveld is an Australian former swimmer. Hooiveld competed in three events at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Despite being of Australian nationality she won the ASA National British Championships over 100 metres breaststroke in 1990.
Sonia Mills is an Australian former rower – an Australian national champion, world champion and an Olympian. She had world championship success in both sculls and in sweep-oared boat classes. She competed in the women's double sculls event at the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Hayley Beresford is an Australian equestrian.
