The Great British Bake Off is a British television baking competition, produced by Love Productions, in which a group of amateur bakers compete against each other in a series of rounds, attempting to impress a group of judges with their baking skills. One contestant is eliminated in each round, and the winner is selected from the contestants who reach the final. The first episode was aired on 17 August 2010, with its first four series broadcast on BBC Two, until its growing popularity led the BBC to move it to BBC One for the next three series. After its seventh series, Love Productions signed a three-year deal with Channel 4 to produce the series for the broadcaster.

The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice is a British television after-show to follow the series The Great British Bake Off. Hosted by Jo Brand, the show features three celebrity panelists discussing the after-events of the week. Originally, the show began airing on BBC Two on 8 August 2014 two days after the premiere episode of the fifth series of the main show, and was filmed at The London Studios. In April 2017, it was announced that the series and Brand would follow The Great British Bake Off to Channel 4 in 2017. The sixth series of The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice returned on 30 August 2019 and concluded on 1 November 2019. The eighth series began airing on 24 September and concluded on 26 November 2021.
The sixth series of The Great British Bake Off first aired on 5 August 2015, with twelve contestants competing to be the series 6 winner. Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins presented the show, and Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood returned as judges. The competition was held in the ground of Welford Park, Berkshire for a second year. The series was won by Nadiya Hussain, with Tamal Ray and Ian Cumming finishing as runners-up.

Bake Off: The Professionals is a British television baking competition featuring teams of professional pastry chefs pit against one another through two different challenges. It is a spin-off from The Great British Bake Off, and its first episode was screened on BBC Two on 29 March 2016. The eight-episode first series of the programme was presented by Tom Kerridge, with Benoit Blin, Cherish Finden and Claire Clark serving as judges. The second series was presented by Angus Deayton, but Claire Clark did not return as a judge. The third series moved to Channel 4 to join The Great British Bake Off after the BBC declined to renew the series. The Channel 4 series has been renamed Bake Off: The Professionals, and is presented by comedian Tom Allen and former contestant on the main series, Liam Charles.
Strictly Come Dancing returned for its fifteenth series with a launch show on 9 September on BBC One, with the live shows starting on 23 September 2017. Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman returned as hosts, while Zoe Ball returned to host Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two on BBC Two. Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood, and Darcey Bussell returned as judges. On 9 May 2017, it was announced that Len Goodman, who had retired from the show, would be replaced by Shirley Ballas.
The Big Family Cooking Showdown, often referred to as simply Cooking Showdown or BFCS, is a BBC team cooking competition. The first season was hosted by Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain and Zoe Ball. Each week, two teams of three family members competed in three challenges, judged by Michelin starred chef Giorgio Locatelli and cookery teacher Rosemary Shrager. The winners in each of eight heats moved on to the semi-finals, consisting of three episodes. The three semi-final winners then progressed to the final episode where the winning family was selected. The Big Family Cooking Showdown premiered on BBC Two on Tuesday, 15 August 2017, then moved to Thursday evenings on 31 August to avoid a scheduling conflict with The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4.
The fifth series of Junior Bake Off began 4 November 2019, with 20 contestants competing to be crowned the series 5 winner. Comedian Harry Hill presents the show, with baker Liam Charles and professional cookery writer Prue Leith as the judges this year. The bakers were divided into two groups of 10, with five eliminated from each group over five days of competition. The remaining five bakers from each group were combined in the week-long finals, culminating in a "super-difficult showdown" episode that determines the winner. Fin won the 2019 series.
The first series of Junior Bake Off aired from 31 October 2011, with thirty-two contestants competing to be crowned the series 1 winner. Aaron Craze presented the show, and Paul Hollywood and Mary Berry judged.
The second series of Junior Bake Off began on 11 November 2013 on CBBC. Chef James Martin replaces Hollywood as judge in this series of Junior Bake Off.
The third series of Junior Bake Off began airing on 2 November 2015 on CBBC, with Sam Nixon and Mark Rhodes replacing Aaron Craze as hosts, and Allegra McEvedy and Graham Hornigold taking over from Mary Berry and James Martin as judges. This was Hornigold’s only series as a judge. Amari won that series.

The remaining four bakers from each group will be combined in the week-long finals, culminating in a "super-difficult showdown" episode that determines the winner. Kezia won the 2022 series.
