Justin Flowe (born October 23, 2001) is an American football inside linebacker for the Arizona Wildcats. He played for Oregon from 2020 to 2022.
Flowe attended Upland High School in Upland, California. [1] As a senior, he was the USA Today High School Defensive Player of the Year and won the Dick Butkus Award. [2] [3]
A five star recruit, he committed to University of Oregon to play college football. [4] [5] Justin played with his brother Jonathan, a fellow linebacker, at Upland High School and four star recruit in the 2021 class. [6] [7]
Etuini Haloti Ngata is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oregon Ducks, earning consensus All-American honors. Ngata was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft, and was voted to the Pro Bowl five times. Ngata played for the Ravens for nine seasons before being traded to the Detroit Lions before the 2015 NFL season. Ngata was also a member of the Philadelphia Eagles for one season in 2018 before retiring.

The Wildcats were led by third-year head coach Jedd Fisch and played home games at Arizona Stadium in Tucson, Arizona. 2023 was Arizona's 124th season of competition and the program's 45th and final year in the Pac-12 Conference before it joined the Big 12 Conference in 2024.
