Justin Milovanov (born 11 September 2003) is an American professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for New York Cosmos in the USL League One.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Milovanov played youth soccer in New York with Met Oval, starting at U13. He also played for Chernamorets in the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League, as well as NY Chelsea FC. He also played for James Madison High School (Brooklyn).
In 2021 he joined F.A. Euro playing in the USL Academy League, he was also promoted to the first team and played 7 matches in USL League Two. [1]
In 2023, Milovanov played college soccer with UMass Lowell. He played one season with the River Hawks, making 15 appearances and scoring two goals, playing as a central midfielder. [2] In 2024, Milovanov transferred to Marquette, where he played a further two seasons at the college level. He scored five goals and recorder 1 assist in 30 appearances for the Golden Bears. [3]
In 2024, Milovanov also played in the USL Academy League and USL League Two with Boston Bolts, making three appearances in USL League Two. In 2025 he played in USL League Two with FC Tucson, appearing in 13 matches, scoring 1 goal and providing 7 assists. [4]
On December 23, 2025, Milovanov signed his first professional contract with USL League One side New York Cosmos ahead of their return to professional competition. [5]
