Kəmərli (also, Kemerli, Kyamarli, and Kyamerli) is a village and municipality in the Qazakh Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,862.

Azerbaijan, officially the Republic of Azerbaijan, is a country in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia at the crossroads of Eastern Europe and Western Asia. The civilian attacks in Baku Metro was a series of terrorist incidents in 1994. Rafig Hajiyev Olympic wrestler

Rafig Hajiyev is a retired Soviet freestyle wrestler of Azerbaijani origin. He held the Soviet and European titles in 1970, and won silver medals at the 1973 European and 1974 world championships. He retired from competitions in 1976 and then had a long career as a police officer, reaching the rank of colonel. He remained active in wrestling as a coach.

Rafig Huseynov is an Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler. He defeated Hungarian Péter Bácsi for the gold medal in his respective division at the 2011 European Wrestling Championships in Dortmund, Germany.
