The tournament was contested by teams representing the seven Provinces of Nepal, three departmental teams as well as two organizer teams. It began on 23 November 2023 and ended on 1 December 2023.

The 2024 KP Oli Cup is the second edition of the KP Oli Cup, the domestic football tournament in Nepal.[1] This year, a total of 10 teams are set to participate in the competition. Alongside the organizers, KP Oli FC, Church Boys United, Jawalakhel Youth Club, Manang Marsyangdi Club, Three Star Club, Tribhuwan Army FC, Nepal Police Club, Machhindra Club along with Manebhanjyang Club FC and Delhi FC from India will also join the tournament.
