Visayan Pop Songwriting Campaign, also known as Vispop or Visayan Pop Music Festival, is a Cebuano national songwriting campaign and competition for pop music compositions launched in Cebu City, Philippines on 2012. Transportation within Cebu City is mainly land-based with most parts of the city accessible by road.
