Karyn Kristyne Williams-White (born July 28, 1979), is an American Christian musician. She released an extended play, Wake Up, in 2011. Her first album, Only You , was released by Inpop Records in 2012, along with a re-release of the same album in 2013.

Early life

Williams-White was born on July 28, [1] 1979, [2] in Winter Park, Florida, as Karyn Kristyne Williams, [3] whose father is Pat Williams, and whose mother is Jill Williams. [4] [5] [6] She has three other biological siblings and fourteen adopted siblings. Williams-White earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida majoring in broadcast journalism. [5] She relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2007, to pursue her music career. [5]

Music career

Her music recording career commenced in 2009, with the release of two singles, "Taking You with Me" and "Rejoice", and those both released in 2010, but were recorded in 2009. [7] Her first extended play, "Wake Up", was released independently in 2011. She released, Only You, on August 28, 2012 with Inpop Records. [8] This album saw two of its singles place on the Christian Songs chart, "Rest in the Hope", peaked at No. 43, while, "Hey There", peaked at No. 46. [9] She released, Letting Go of Perfect, on October 20, 2015, with Redline Entertainment. [10]

Personal life

She is married to Brian White, a music producer and songwriter, and together they reside in Nashville, Tennessee. [5]

JJ Weeks Band is an American contemporary Christian music band from Macon, Georgia that began in 2001. The band is composed of lead vocalist and acoustic guitarist Jason Clint "JJ" Weeks, drummer Jon Poole, bass guitarist David Hart, and guitarist Cody Preston. Their 2013 release, All Over the World, with Inpop Records, saw several songs chart on various Christian Songs charts published by Billboard magazine, including: "Let Them See You," "What Kind of Love," and "Do Not Be Afraid." Fusebox was an American contemporary Christian music band from Atlanta, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee, and they formed in 2000 and disbanded in 2006, while their frontman was Billy Buchanan. They released, Lost in Worship, with Inpop Records and Elevate Records, in 2002. Through the same label they released Once Again in 2004, and saw the single, "Once Again", placed on the Billboard Christian Songs chart.

Consumed by Fire are an American Christian music brother trio from Wagoner, Oklahoma. They started making music in 2010, with their first album, Something Real, that was independently released. Their second release, Lean on Me, an extended play, released in 2015, with Inpop Records. The songs, "Walk Through the Fire" and "Lean on Me", both charted on the Billboard magazine charts.
