Kathy M. Lohmer (born January 15,1954) is an American politician and former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota,she represented District 39B,which includes portions of Washington County in the eastern Twin Cities metropolitan area,from 2010-2018. She is the founder of a homeschool cooperative and she and her husband are also small business owners. She was previously a medical office administrator. [1] [2]

Lohmer is an active volunteer in her community and church. She started support groups for the Spina Bifida Association,and has worked with the Boy Scouts and Courage Youth Sports,an organization that helps disabled kids play a variety of sports,from wheelchair basketball to track and field and floor hockey. She is a "Blue Star Mom," and a member of the Blue Star Mothers Club. [2]
Margaret Anderson Kelliher is an American politician,Director of the Minneapolis Department of Public Works,former Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation,and a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party,she represented District 60A,which includes portions of the city of Minneapolis in Hennepin County,located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. First elected in 1999,she served until 2011,also serving as the Speaker from 2007 to 2011. She is the second woman to hold the position of House speaker. She was an unsuccessful candidate for the DFL nomination for Governor of Minnesota in the 2010 gubernatorial election,losing to former Senator Mark Dayton. Anderson left the Minnesota House of Representatives at the conclusion of her term in 2011 and re-entered politics when she ran for the DFL nomination to the U.S. House of Representatives in Minnesota's 5th congressional district in 2018,losing to Ilhan Omar. Since 2019 Kelliher,has worked in transportation management roles for the government,first as Commissioner of MnDOT,and later as Director of Public Works for the city of Minneapolis.
Kathy Tingelstad is a Minnesota politician and a former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives who represented District 49B,which primarily includes portions of the cities of Andover and Coon Rapids in Anoka County in the northern Twin Cities metropolitan area. Prior to the 2002 legislative redistricting,the area was known as District 50B. A Republican,she is also a business consultant.
Nora Bayly Slawik is a Minnesota politician,previously serving as Chairwoman of the Metropolitan Council,Maplewood Mayor and Minnesota State Representative. From 1997 to 1998 and 2001–2002,she represented District 57A,and from 2003 to 2012,she represented District 55B,which includes portions of Ramsey and Washington counties and the cities of Maplewood and Oakdale in the eastern part of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. As Mayor of Maplewood,first elected in 2013 and re-elected in 2018,she oversaw economic redevelopment,increased public safety,and expansion of Maplewood's public outdoor spaces. In 2018,she was appointed by Governor Tim Walz to serve as head of the Metropolitan Council,where she worked until stepping down in November 2019. She also has a history of community service before her time in office,including her development of Juniper as their Project Manager for the Metropolitan Area Agency on Aging from 2016 to 2017.

Michelle Louise Helene Fischbach is an American attorney and politician who is the U.S. representative from Minnesota's 7th congressional district.
