"Katse Kala" is the fourth single from the album Protereotita released in November 2004. Helena Paparizou stated for the song that it is among her favourites and performs it in her every resident show in Greece. The audience is stick to this song causing happiness and entertainment at the bouzoukia.

Music video

The music video was filmed in 2004 of the same month of its release. Helena appeared for the very first time totally sexy with black shirt outfit and Yamaha motorbikes surrounding her. The scene reminded Christina Aguilera's single ""Dirrty". Also, the song was nominated at the Mad Video Music Awards in 2005 and won the category for Best Video by a Female Artist. Also, it was nominated but failed to win Best Dance Video, Most Played Artist and Most Sexy Appearance in a Video.

Both Paparizou and Panagiotidis were born and raised in Sweden by Greek parents. They were the first ever to be nominated for a Swedish Grammis in the category modern dance with a Greek song. In 2001, Antique were selected to represent Greece at the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen with the song "Die for You", sung in a blend of English and Greek, ending with a third place – only behind Estonia and hosts Denmark. This group is famous in Scandinavian countries, Cyprus, Greece, Germany and Italy. After 19 years of hiatus the group reunited in March 2022 in Greece releasing a cover hit song from 90's meant to be their comeback in music industry.

Protereotita is the debut solo album by Greek singer Helena Paparizou, released on 27 June 2004 by Sony Music Greece. The album's first single, Anapandites Kliseis, was released as a CD-single prior to the album's release and reached number 1 on the Greek IFPI singles chart. The album was also re-released twice in Greece, and once internationally as My Number One. Overall, there are five different editions available of the album. The original album was only a mild success, however, following Paparizou's victory in the Eurovision Song Contest the Euro Edition peaked at number one on the charts and was certified platinum by the IFPI. The album was later certified double platinum in early 2006; as IFPI was making a transition in lowering their sales thresholds at that time, this would imply sales of at least 60,000 copies, although sales of up to 87,000 have been claimed.

"The Light In Our Soul", an up-tempo ballad, was the second single from the album My Number One by 2005 Eurovision winner Helena Paparizou. The song was written by Costas Bigalis and was chosen for the Eurovision Greek National Final, along with "O.K." and "Let's Get Wild," but it was "My Number One" that was chosen. The song was disqualified because it was revealed that a CD demo version of the song sung by another artist had been leaked on the internet and made available for sale on the site of an e-tailer. Paparizou herself stated during a concert in Chicago Illinois that "The Light in Our Soul" was leaked on the internet, and the song was therefore disqualified from the Eurovision preselection. She then made a very jovial comment regarding internet file-sharing in general saying: "No no, I do not use the internet. This is why we don't like the internet."

"Boyz" is a song recorded by artist M.I.A. for her second album Kala (2007). The song was written and produced by Maya "M.I.A."
