Kaylie Buck (born 20 February 2000) is a Canadian snowboarder who competes internationally in the alpine snowboard discipline. [1] [2]
At the 2020 FIS Snowboarding Junior World Championships, Buck won bronze in the parallel giant slalom event, becoming the first Canadian woman to win an alpine medal at the event. [3]
Buck has competed at two Senior World Championships in 2019 and 2021. [2]
In January 2022, Buck was initially not named to Canada's 2022 Olympic team. [4] [5] [6] However, after an appeal process, Buck along with three other snowboarders were added to the team in the parallel giant slalom event. [7] [8]
Buck finished 21st at the 2022 Olympic Games.[ citation needed ]
Jasey-Jay Anderson is a Canadian snowboarder and Olympic gold medallist, who competed in the 1998, 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018, Winter Olympics. Anderson currently resides in Mont-Tremblant outside of Montreal.

Ester Ledecká is a Czech snowboarder and alpine skier. At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, Ledecká won gold medals in the super-G in alpine skiing and in the parallel giant slalom in snowboarding, becoming the first person to not only compete in the Winter Olympics using two different types of equipment but further to win two gold medals and do so at the same Winter Olympics. She was the second woman to win Olympic gold in two separate disciplines but the first to do so at the same Winter Olympics.
