Background
The idea for LemonAid stemmed from a pilot programme recorded by Francis in July 2011, entitled The Bang Tidy Show. The project was released to media with the following tagline: "Promising to be as off the wall as Celebrity Juice , this brand new Saturday night entertainment show stars all of the usual celebrity guests, plus there's a talking orangutan, a door that leads to anywhere, audience games and prizes, a supermarket in the future staffed by old celebrities and the opportunity for the audience to ask Keith anything they want. Each show will end with a big performance by Keith and his celebrity guest.". Despite receiving positive reception from the pilot's audience, ITV decided against commissioning it into a series, stating that "it really had nowhere to go.". As such, Francis was informed that in order to get the project commissioned, he would need to find a suitable theme that would appeal to a mass audience. It features Lemon giving advice and helping people solve their problems, using his usual manner of behaviour and cheek. Each episode also features a celebrity helper, who assists with the studio games and other various activities, and a musical guest, to round off the show. A pilot episode for the series, which was originally called Keith Kisses it Better!, was filmed on 30 October 2011, and following further positive reception, was commissioned into a full series by ITV under the name LemonAid. Filming began in March 2012, and the first episode of the series premiered on 7 April. The series contained six episodes each 45 minutes in length.
Through the Keyhole is a British comedy panel game show created by the TV producer Kevin Sim and originally presented by Sir David Frost in the studio and Loyd Grossman on location. The location presenter goes around celebrities' houses and a panel of other celebrities in the studio try to guess who the famous homeowner is.

He is best known for creating and starring in Channel 4's sketch comedy show Bo' Selecta! (2002–2009) and presenting the ITV shows Celebrity Juice (2008–2022) and Through the Keyhole (2013–2019). His other comedy shows include Lemon La Vida Loca (2012–2013), The Keith Lemon Sketch Show (2015–2016), and The Keith & Paddy Picture Show (2017–2018).

Celebrity Juice was a British television comedy panel game broadcast on ITV2 between 24 September 2008 and 15 December 2022. The show was written and presented by Leigh Francis in the role of his alter ego Keith Lemon. The format for the series was first suggested in 2007, after the final series of Francis’s Channel 4 sketch show Bo' Selecta!. ITV approached him to create a show featuring Lemon, and after the success of the five-part series Keith Lemon's Very Brilliant World Tour, the channel commissioned Celebrity Juice. The original premise of the show was to see which team knows most about the week's tabloid news stories, although later series focus more on the comedy factor of the participating celebrity guests and games involving them, rather than discussing the week's news.

Text Santa was a charity initiative set up in 2011 by ITV to support UK-based charities during the Christmas period. The appeal to the public is to donate money mainly via text donation and profits from merchandise. The telethons have been hosted by popular ITV presenters including Phillip Schofield, Christine Bleakley, and Ant & Dec. The 2015 appeal show was the last after ITV decided to axe the show to make way for an all-year appeal.
Tipping Point is a British quiz show that is broadcast on the ITV network, with repeats also on W and Really. First airing on 2 July 2012, the programme is presented by Ben Shephard and features three players answering questions on the subject of general knowledge to win counters which they use on a large coin pusher arcade-style machine. Only the winner at the end has a chance to take home any money; the others leave with nothing except any non-cash prizes they may have won during the game.
Whatever I Want is a six-part British television sketch show, written by and starring Leigh Francis, that first broadcast on ITV on 7 January 2000. Commissioned by Bellyache Productions, and overseen by Gavin Claxton, the series featured early prototypes of the characters of Keith Lemon and Avid Merrion, as well as a human version of The Bear known as Barry Gibson, who had previously appeared as a roving reporter during the early series of Channel 4's Popworld.
The Nightly Show is a British late-night entertainment and chat show hosted by various presenters each week, which premiered on 27 February 2017 and ended on 23 April 2017. The show aired on ITV at 10:00 pm on Monday to Friday evenings. Each episode was taped at the Cochrane Theatre in London at 6:00 pm, every weekday, four hours before that night's episode was scheduled to air on ITV.
The Keith and Paddy Picture Show is a British comedy parody series, written by and starring Leigh Francis and Paddy McGuinness, first broadcast on ITV on 6 May 2017. The series is billed as a "comedic tribute" to some of Lemon and McGuinness' favourite films. Each week they attempt to recreate an iconic film, with the help of a celebrity cast.
