Kenya School of TVET (KSTVET) is an institution of higher learning situated in Nairobi, Kenya. It provides Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Kenya Technical Trainers College has since 2020, started training of trainers only and transferred all other students to different colleges around. The Kenya Technical Trainers College (KTTC) was renamed in 2022 to Kenya School of TVET and got a higher mandate to provide Continuous Professional Development for TVET institutions. [2]

Kenya Technical Trainers College is located in the Gigiri area of Nairobi, along Limuru Road and next to the United Nations Office. A controversial proposal by the Government of Kenya would relocate the college to the Kenya Science Campus of University of Nairobi. [3] [4]

Student Body

The student body, represented by the Students of Kenya Technical Trainers College Organisation (SKETTCO). In 2018, John Koech received re-election as finance minister of the SKETTCO. The college also has a body of student's representatives (SRC)-Student representative council, headed by Edwin Segera in 2020, some of the members of SRC(2020) include John Kairegi, Benjami Africa, Douglas Juma, Lawrence Karanja Muturi, Brilliant Kibende, Sharon Moenga ...

Paramount Chief Kinyanjui Technical Institute (PCKTTI) is a collegiate public, technical institute in Nairobi Kenya. PC Kinyanjui was founded in 1979 with a total of 1,500 students. The vision of starting the school was established by Jomo Kenyatta, the first president of the republic of Kenya. PC Kinyanjui was then upgraded to a technical collegiate institution in 1987 and offers a variety of courses including Engineering education, Business education, Hospitality, ICT. Mrs. Lucy M. Anampiu is currently the Chief Principal of the Institution. PC Kinyanjui Technical Training Institute is accredited by TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) as a technical training Institution.

The Kabete National Polytechnic is a national university offering technical training in Kenya. The Kabete technical is located on Waiyaki Way near Uthiru market in Nairobi County. Kabete national polytechnic is known country wide for its best training and performance and considered one of the best technical institution in Kenya This institution was started in 1924 and underwent various revolutionary stages until in 2016 where it was upgraded to a national polytechnic The institute is also accredited by TVET.
