Hindi literature includes literature in the various Hindi languages which have different writing systems. Earliest forms of Hindi literature are attested in poetry of Apabhraṃśa like Awadhi, and Marwari languages. Hindi literature is composed in three broad styles- गद्य (Gadya-prose), पद्य( Padya- poetry) and चम्प्पू In terms of historical development, it is broadly classified into five prominent forms (genres) based on the date of production. Ramdas, also known as SamarthRamdas or Ramdas Swami, was an Indian Hindu saint, philosopher, poet, writer and spiritual master. He was a devotee of the Hindu deities Rama and Hanuman.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay is an Indian Hindi-language television series produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms on Star Plus. The show starred Shweta Tiwari, Cezzane Khan later replaced by Hiten Tejwani, Ronit Roy and Urvashi Dholakia. The show aired from 29 October 2001 to 28 February 2008. The whole series is digitally available on Disney+ Hotstar. The show was one of the most longest running television show of Star Plus.
Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki is an Indian Hindi-language television series that aired on Sahara One channel. The series ran from 30 May 2005 and ended on 20 January 2011. It became the longest running television production of Rajshri Productions and the most successful show on the channel.
Kingdom of Marwar, also known as the Jodhpur State under the British, was a kingdom in the Marwar region from 1243 to 1818 and a princely state under British rule from 1818 to 1947. It was established in Pali by Rao Siha, possibly a migrant Gahadavala noble, in 1243. His successors continued to struggle against regional powers for domination and 9 out of 15 rulers till 1438 died in combat. In 1395, its capital was changed to Mandore by Rao Chunda of Mandore and to Jodhpur in 1459 by Rao Jodha.
Ssshhhh... Koi Hai is an Indian horror thriller television anthology series created by Cinevistaas Limited and Contiloe Entertainment for Star Plus. The first season was created by them together, while later seasons were only created by Abhimanyu Raj Singh and were aired on Star Plus' sister channel Star One. The series which premiered on 27 July 2001, ran for three seasons ending on 16 May 2010.
Suraag – The Clue is an Indian television detective-crime drama series that aired on DD National from 14 June 1999 to 30 September 2002. The series, starring Sudesh Berry as CID Inspector Bharat Chatterjee in the main lead, was directed by Gautam Adhikari and produced by Shri Adhikari Brothers Limited. It used to air every Monday at 10 P.M.
Adaalat (transl. Court) is an Indian television courtroom drama anthology series about a defence attorney, K.D. Pathak, portrayed by Ronit Roy. The first season of the show premiered on Sony Entertainment Television on 20 November 2010 and ran for five years, ending on 11 July 2015. The show aired 431 episodes in its first season. Adaalat returned for its second season on Sony Entertainment Television on 4 June 2016 and ended on 4 September 2016. The show aired 26 episodes in its second season.
Balika Vadhu is an Indian soap opera that aired on Colors TV between 21 July 2008 and 31 July 2016 with 2,245 episodes. The story is set in rural Rajasthan and revolves around the life of a child bride from childhood to womanhood.
Sasural Simar Ka was an Indian Hindi-language television soap opera produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms that aired from 25 April 2011 to 2 March 2018 on Colors TV. It starred Dipika Kakar, Avika Gor, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Shoaib Ibrahim, Manish Raisinghan, Vaishali Takkar, Varun Sharma and Rohan Mehra. It is the second longest-running Indian television series on Colors TV after Balika Vadhu, which also featured Avika Gor.
Chidiya Ghar is a sitcom which aired on Sony SAB from 28 November 2011 to 2 October 2017. The series was produced by Ashwni Dhir under the banner of Garima Productions. The show gets its name "Chidiya Ghar" because Chidiya Ghar means "zoo" in Hindi as all the characters in this show have animal names of the hindi language.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is an Indian romantic drama TV series that aired from 3 December 2013 to 18 December 2019 on Star Plus. Produced by Ekta Kapoor under Balaji Telefilms, it starred Divyanka Tripathi, Karan Patel and Ruhanika Dhawan. The story was initially based on Manju Kapur's 2011 novel Custody, with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein continuing beyond Custody's story in later episodes.

The show follows the journey of a young, hardworking and middle class girl, Kkusum and later, after a 20 year leap on her daughter Kkumud.
Tenali Rama is an Indian Hindi-language historical comedy drama based on the life of the legendary Telugu poet Tenali Ramakrishna, one of the Ashtadiggajas at the court of Vijayanagara emperor Krishnadevaraya, who is often cited as the greatest Vijayanagara emperor. The series premiered on Sony SAB on 11 July 2017 and went off-air on 13 November 2020.
Choti Sarrdaarni is an Indian Hindi language romantic drama television series produced by Cockcrow and Shaika Entertainment. It premiered on 1 July 2019 on Colors TV and ended on 10 June 2022 completing 810 episodes. It starred Nimrit Ahluwalia, Avinesh Rekhi and Mahir Pandhi.
Barrister Babu is an Indian Hindi-language soap opera by Shashi Sumeet Productions, which broadcast on Colors TV. It aired from 11 February 2020 to 12 November 2021 and starred Pravisht Mishra, Aurra Bhatnagar Badoni and Anchal Sahu.
