Keshav Prasad Upadhyaya was a Nepalese judge who served as 13th Chief Justice of Nepal,in office from 16 December 1999 to 5 December 2002. [1] [2] [3] [4] He was appointed by the then-king of Nepal,Birendra.
Upadhyaya was preceded by Mohan Prasad Sharma and succeeded by Kedar Nath Upadhyay. [5]
Man Mohan Adhikari (Magi) (Nepali:मनमोहनअधिकारी9 June 1920 –26 April 1999) was the 31st Prime Minister of Nepal from 1994 to 1995,representing the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist).
