Khaled Zuhair Khaled Al Osaili (Abu Zuhair;born on February 1,1947,in Hebron) is a Palestinian businessman,and the mayor of Hebron in the State of Palestine from 2006 to 2012. He currently holds the position of Minister of National Economy within the government of Mohammad Shtayyeh. [1] [2]

Moshe Levinger was an Israeli Religious Zionist activist and an Orthodox Rabbi who,since 1967,had been a leading figure in the movement to settle Jews in the territories occupied by Israel during the 1967 Six-Day War. He is especially known for leading Jewish settlement in Hebron in 1968,and for being one of the principals of the now defunct settler movement Gush Emunim,founded in 1974,among whose ranks he assumed legendary status. Levinger was reportedly involved in violent acts against Palestinians.

Bani Na'im is a Palestinian town in the southern West Bank located 8 kilometers (5.0 mi) east of Hebron in the Hebron Governorate of the State of Palestine. The August 2010 West Bank shooting attack was an attack near the Israeli settlement of Kiryat Arba in the Israeli-occupied West Bank,carried out by Hamas militants. Fahd Qawasmi (1934–1984) was a Palestinian agricultural engineer and a member of the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). He was the mayor of Hebron between 1976 and 1980. During his tenure he was among the most significant mayors of Palestine along with Hilmi Hanoun,mayor of Tulkarm,and Karim Khalaf,mayor of Ramallah. Qawasmi was expelled by the Israeli government from Palestine due to the killing of six yeshiva students during the conflict between the settlers and the Palestinians in Beit Hadassah,Hebron,in 1980. He was assassinated by the Fatah opponent groups in Amman,Jordan,on 29 December 1984.
