The village is named after freedom fighter Khudiram Bose. A statue of Khudiram Bose stands in the village.

Landmarks include Saddle Peak, the highest peak in Andaman and Nicobar Islands (732 meters) and the Kalpong River.

Saddle Peak or Saddle Hill is located on North Andaman Island in India's Andaman and Nicobar Islands. At 731 m, it is the highest point of the archipelago in the Bay of Bengal. It is surrounded by Saddle Peak National Park. It is located near Diglipur, a town in North Andaman Island.

Nicobar Islands island group

The Nicobar Islands are an archipelagic island chain in the eastern Indian Ocean. They are located in Southeast Asia, 150 km north of Aceh on Sumatra, and separated from Thailand to the east by the Andaman Sea. Located 1,300 km southeast of the Indian subcontinent, across the Bay of Bengal, they form part of the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India.

Kalpong River is a river in the North Andaman islands in The Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It originates from the saddle peak. The Kalpong River traverses in the northward direction for a length of about 35 kilometres before it joins the Aerial Bay Creek on the east coast near Diglipur. Kalpong Hydroelectric project having capacity of 5.25 MW, the first hydro electric project in North Andaman is commissioned on the river. The project is expected to generate 14.83 million units of electricity annually.

The largest river that flows through Khudirampur is Kalpong River.
