Knínice u Boskovic is a market town (městys) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

Městys is a status conferred on certain municipalities in the Czech Republic, lying in terms of size and importance higher than that of obec, but lower than that of město. Sometimes, "město" is translated as "city" and "městys" is translated as "town" or "market town".

Knínice u Boskovic lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Blansko, 38 km (24 mi) north of Brno, and 175 km (109 mi) east of Prague.
