Kombinator is an independently released studio album by Canadian alternative rock duo The Inbreds in 1994, produced by Dave Clark of Rheostatics.

Contents

Kombinator reached number one on the Canadian national campus radio charts and was nominated for a Juno Award in 1996 for Best Alternative Album. [2]

The single "Any Sense of Time" received a MuchMusic Video Award nomination for Best Alternative Video.

Kombinator received a 1997 re-release on Sloan's Murderecords . [4] It was reissued on vinyl in 2016 by Label Obscura, alongside both of the band's later albums It's Sydney or the Bush and Winning Hearts . [5]

The Inbreds

The Inbreds were a Canadian alternative rock band formed in 1992. Originally from Kingston, Ontario, the band relocated to Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1996 and remained based there until breaking up in 1998. The band was a duo, consisting of vocalist/bassist Mike O'Neill and drummer Dave Ullrich.

Wintersleep

Wintersleep is a Canadian indie rock band formed in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2001. Based in Halifax, the band's original lineup consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Paul Murphy, guitarist and keyboardist Tim d'Eon, and drummer Loel Campbell. In 2002, Jud Haynes joined the band as bass guitarist until 2007. In 2005, Mike Bigelow joined the band as a keyboardist until 2006, when he then acted as a bass guitarist from 2007 to 2016. Since 2006, Jon Samuel has served as a backing vocalist, keyboardist and guitarist while has Chris Bell served as a backing vocalist and bass guitarist since 2016.

Hilario is the debut full-length album from Canadian indie rock duo The Inbreds, released in 1992 on PF Records. The album compiles songs from the band's early demo cassettes Darn Foul Dog, Let's Get Together, Egrog, and the split 7" single "Shermans/Inbreds," as well as some unreleased material. The album was a hit on Canadian campus radio stations.
