Komorów [kɔˈmɔruf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Michałowice, within Pruszków County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Pruszków and 15 km (9 mi) south-west of Warsaw.

Gmina Michałowice is a rural gmina in Pruszków County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Michałowice, which lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Pruszków and 11 km (6 mi) south-west of Warsaw.

Pruszków County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Pruszków, which lies 15 kilometres (9 mi) west of Warsaw. The county also contains the towns of Piastów, lying 4 km (2 mi) north-east of Pruszków, and Brwinów, 7 km (4 mi) south-west of Pruszków.

The village has a population of 4,570.^[2]

It was founded in 1424. The name comes from the Slavic name Komor. It has its own suburban light railway station (Komorów) (Warszawska Kolej Dojazdowa).
