Konstantin Kharkov (born 23 February 1997) [1] is a Croatian water polo player. He represented Croatia at the 2024 Summer Olympics.
The Third Battle of Kharkov was a series of battles on the Eastern Front of World War II, undertaken by Germany's Army Group South against the Soviet Red Army, around the city of Kharkov between 19 February and 15 March 1943. Known to the German side as the Donets Campaign, and in the Soviet Union as the Donbass and Kharkov operations, the German counterstrike led to the recapture of the cities of Kharkov and Belgorod.

The 2nd Cavalry Corps were a corps of the Red Army, formed twice. Originally formed in 1922, the corps served in Ukraine during the Interwar period and fought in the Soviet invasion of Poland. After the German invasion of Soviet Union, the 2nd Cavalry Corps fought in Ukraine and then near Moscow in November 1941. It was then renamed the 1st Guards Cavalry Corps. Recreated in December 1941, it fought in the Second Battle of Kharkov and was disbanded in July 1942.
