Kontrabanto (Contraband) is the second album by Greek artist Eleftheria Arvanitaki, released in 1986. [1] Kontrabando is considered a "landmark" album in Greek discography, as Arvanitaki's peculiar and highly distinctive voice among the western instruments that were used, managed to combine tradition with novelty. [2] It sold over 150,000 copies in Greece and was certified Platinum. [3]

It sold over 60,000 copies in Greece and was certified Platinum. The vinyl collector's edition release of the album was in the form of a small record player. The CD album's package and the disk itself featured extensive artwork following mostly a theme on the sky and the constellations.
"Dinata" or "Dynata" is a song from the album Meno Ektos; its music was composed by Ara Dinkjian, its lyrics written by Lina Nikolakopoulou and it was first sung by Eleftheria Arvanitaki while Arto Tuncboyaciyan features in non verbal singing and percussion in some versions and performances of it; it mixes the influence of Balkan, Greek and Armenian music with electronics. This song, among the others on Meno Ektos, improved Arvanitaki's name recognition in Greece; a notable performance of it by her was at the closing ceremony of the 2004 Athens Olympics, during the fireworks and after the flame had been extinguished.
Dinata 1986–2007 is a two disc greatest hits collection by popular Greek artist Eleftheria Arvanitaki that was released in 2007 by Universal Music Greece. It includes Eleftheria's biggest hits from 1986 to 2007 and a new song, "Min orkizesai", a Greek version from the song "Come Monna Lisa" by Mango. The album was certified platinum three weeks after its release.
"Min Orkizesai" is a pop song performed by Greek singer/songwriter Eleftheria Arvanitaki with lyrics by Nikos Moraitis. The song was produced for Arvanitaki's greatest hits compilation Dinata 1986-2007 and was released as the album's first single. "Min Orkizesai" is a cover version of "Come Mona Lisa" by the Italian singer Mango, from the album Sirtaki (1990).

Nikos Portokaloglou is a Greek singer, songwriter and lyricist. He started his career in 1980, when he founded the music band Fatme. The first album of the band released in 1982 under the title Fatme. The band had great success and released six albums. Some of the most successful album of that period are Taxidi and Vgenoume apo to tunnel. Since 1990, he started a solo career and he continues until now. From this period, notable album are Brazilero, Ta Karavia mou Kaio and Dipsa. He has written movies soundtracks. Some of them was for the movies Akropol, Valkanizater and Brazilero. In 2002 he won 3 Arion awards in categories best song, best entechno album and best movie soundtrack. He has cooperated with important Greek singer such as Haris Alexiou, Melina Kana, Eleftheria Arvanitaki and others.
