Koovee is a Finnish sport club based in Tampere. It was founded at 1929 and soon expanded to many different kinds of sports. The full name of the club used to be Tampereen Kilpa-Veljet Ry (TK-V), but it was first changed to KOO-VEE ry and in 2010 to the form Koovee Ry. Koovee is one of the biggest sport clubs in Finland.

HIFK, the Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna, Helsingfors rf is a multi-sport association based in Helsinki, Finland. Formed in 1897 on the initiative of Georges Doubitsky and fellow students of the Svenska Reallyceum, the Swedish lyceum in Helsinki, it is the oldest continuously-operating Idrottsföreningen Kamraterna (IFK) organization in Finland. HIFK has sections in many sports, including athletics, bandy, bowling, football, ice hockey, and handball.

The team was founded as Espoon Kiekkoseura (EKS) in 1989 and has also been known as Espoo Blues Naiset and Espoo United Naiset during its tenure in the Naisten Liiga. Kiekko-Espoo have won the Aurora Borealis Cup as the Finnish Champions in women's ice hockey sixteen times, six more wins than any other team in league history; at least one Finnish Championship medal (gold, silver, or bronze) was won under each of the four names.

He represented Finland at the 2009 World Orienteering Championships in Miskolc, where he placed 15th in the long distance, and won a bronze medal in the relay, together with Tero Föhr and Mats Haldin. His career best personal best is seventh place in the long distance at the 2008 World Championships in the Czech Republic. Anjala has won the Jukola relay in 2016 and 2018.
Tampereen Pyrintö ry is a Finnish multi-sport club from Tampere. Pyrintö representatives have achieved several Olympic medals and other success. In the year 2017, Pyrintö has sport sections in cross-country skiing, basketball, ski jumping, weightlifting, orienteering, athletics, cheerleading, and speed skating. In the past it has also had teams in pesäpallo and ice hockey.

The U20 SM-sarja is the premier junior men’s ice hockey league in Finland. It was previously known as the A-nuorten SM-sarja during 1945 to 1991 and the Nuorten SM-liiga during 1991 to 2020. The league was founded by the Finnish Ice Hockey Association in 1945 and a Finnish Champion in men’s under-20 ice hockey has been named annually since the league’s inaugural season – with the exception of the 2019–20 season, in which the playoffs were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Eighteen to twenty teams compete in the U20 SM-sarja regular season, which is played in a preliminary ranking stage followed by a divisional or group stage.
