Kowalewo [kɔvaˈlɛvɔ] (German: Kabel) [1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Szlichtyngowa, within Wschowa County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. [2] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Szlichtyngowa, 8 km (5 mi) south of Wschowa, and 61 km (38 mi) east of Zielona Góra.
