Benjamin Ipavec was one of the foremost Slovene Romantic composers. A native of Šentjur, he lived in that town for much of his life. He was a physician in his professional life; as a composer he wrote mainly small choral pieces for amateur forces. He wrote the first Slovene operetta, titled Tičnik. His brother Gustav and nephew Josip were both active as physicians and composers as well. Ipavec died in Graz on 20 December 1908 and he was buried there two days later.

The Ljubljana Castle Funicular is a funicular railway in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It goes from Krek Square near the Ljubljana Central Market to the Ljubljana Castle. The idea of having a funicular going to the castle dates back to 1897, when then mayor Ivan Hribar wrote to the Austro-Hungarian authorities asking for a lift that would go up to the castle. The Funicular was designed as part of renovation of Ljubljana Castle by the Ambient - Architecture Firm. It was realised on 28 December 2006. The funicular is popular among tourists. It runs between the hours of 10:00 and 21:00 in wintertime, and the hours of 10:00 and 22:00 in summertime, and the full trip lasts 60 seconds.

Dope Stars Inc. is an Italian alternative and industrial rock band from Rome, formed in 2003. The band was founded by Victor Love, Darin Yevonde, Grace Khold and Brian Wolfram. They have five albums and three EPs released, with the latest being released on February 27, 2015. The band has signed with multiple labels since their inception, with Trisol Music Group being their first. Currently, their albums are distributed by Trisol in Europe, Subsound in Italy, Metropolis Records in North America, and other small labels including Deathwatch Asia in Japan and other countries.

Tulus is a Norwegian black metal band formed in Oslo in 1991. Members of Tulus later went and formed the band Khold. After Khold went on hold in 2006, Blodstrup and Sarke resurrected Tulus. Tulus has a "fourth member": Blodstrup's wife, Hildr, who writes all lyrics for both Tulus and Khold.

Phantom is the second studio album by Norwegian black metal band Khold. It was released on 15 April 2002, through Moonfog Productions. It’s the only album with former Tulus bassist, Sir Graanug, who replaced Lars Eikind during the recording sessions. Just a few months later, Sir Graanug left the band and joined Grind.
