Over the years, Groza released several acclaimed albums and hit songs, including "Apa" in 2012, which reached number two on the native Airplay 100 chart. The singer was a coach on the Romanian version of the televised competition The Voice for its first seven seasons.
Luminița Anghel is a Romanian singer, TV personality and politician. She is internationally known for representing Romania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 along with percussion band Sistem. Their song, "Let Me Try", reached the third place in the final after placing first in the semi-finals; their appearance marks the country's best result in the contest along with 2010's "Playing with Fire" performed by Paula Seling and Ovi.

Her debut studio album of the same name followed in August 2009 and was certified Gold and Platinum. After moving to Bucharest, he worked with several local producers, and in 2007 started with the hit single "Sexy Thing". He subsequently released several singles after the success of Sexy Thing such as Temptation and Fantasy. He is best known for his long time collaborations with singer Dony from the band Refflex.

Lacul Morii is the largest lake in Chiajna, with an area of 246 ha. The lake is approximately 6 km (3.7 mi) from the center of Bucharest and is located between the Polytechnic University of Bucharest neighborhood to the east, the Crângași and Giulești districts to the north, the Militari district to the south and the village Roșu to the west.

Bamboo Club, nicknamed Bamboo, is a Romanian-based chain of nightclubs with headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, owned and operated by Giosue "Joshua" Castellano. The first club was opened in the capital of Romania in 2002. Bamboo Group Entertainment also includes clubs in Brașov, Mamaia and Miami Beach. Red Club and Le Gaga clubs in Bucharest together with Bamboo Ballroom, Bamboo Fitness, Bamboo Luxury and Bamboo Pool are also part of the franchise. On January 21, 2017, the Bucharest Bamboo Club was completely destroyed by a fire. There were no victims, but many attendants were injured.
