Krithika Nelson is an Indian singer, songwriter, lyricist, Assistant Director and dubbing artist primarily known for her work in Tamil films.
Krithika Nelson is the daughter of writer Suresh D (of the duo Subha). [1] In college, Krithika participated and became the runner-up in the Sun TV reality singing competition Sapthaswarangal. [1] [2]
She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Media from the MOP Vaishnav College for Women, Chennai. [1] [3]
Krithika's work in the Tamil film industry began with a playback singing credit for the song "Yedho Nadakuthu" in the film Parijatham. [3] She has since sung a few film numbers and also released various independent singles as a singer-songwriter, including the Think Indie original "Nee Mattum," which she also directed. [2]
She later debuted as a dubbing artist with the voice role for Pia Bajpaiee in Ko, which she auditioned for "just as a joke." [3] [4] Her other voice roles include dubbing for Thulasi Nair in Kadal, Aditi Rao Hydari in Kaatru Veliyidai and Chekka Chivantha Vanam, and Trisha in Ponniyin Selvan 1 & 2 . [2] In an interview, she mentioned finding "dubbing to be an extension of singing." [2]
Krithika joined Madras Talkies as an associate director to Mani Ratnam for the Ponniyin Selvan film series, where she was the script supervisor and also handled music and lyrics. [2] She penned the lyrics for the song ‘Sol,’ which was featured in the PS-I album. [2] She was later roped in as the lyricist for the Nitham Oru Vaanam soundtrack, of which she sang two numbers. [2] Her most recent work was as a lyricist and Creative Head for Coke Studio Tamil. [5] [6] [7]

Trisha Krishnan, known professionally as Trisha, is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Tamil and Telugu films. She gained prominence after winning the 1999 Miss Chennai pageant, which marked her entry into Cinema. Often referred to as the "Queen of South India", Trisha has received numerous accolades, including five Filmfare Award South, one Tamil Nadu State Film Award, one Nandi Award and eight SIIMA Awards.
Manayangath Subramanian Viswanathan, also known as M.S.V., was an Indian music director, singer and actor who predominantly worked in Tamil film industry. Popularly known by the sobriquet "Mellisai Mannar", he composed songs for more than 800 Indian films and various albums across languages primarily in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films. He has also acted and sung in a few Tamil films. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa conferred the "Thirai Isai Chakravarthy" title on him in August 2012 and presented him with 60 gold coins and a new car.
Thillu Mullu (transl. Hanky-panky) is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed by K. Balachander and written by Visu. A remake of the 1979 Hindi film Gol Maal, it stars Rajinikanth, with Thengai Srinivasan, Nagesh, Poornam Viswanathan, Sowcar Janaki, Madhavi and Viji Chandrasekhar in supporting roles. The film is about Chandran, who lies to his boss to get a leave but gets caught. To save his job, he is forced to pretend to his boss that he has a twin brother.

Mirattal (transl. Threatening) is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language action comedy film directed by R. Madhesh starring Vinay, Sharmila Mandre and Prabhu in the lead roles, Pradeep Rawat, Pandiarajan, and Santhanam in supporting roles, and Rishi in a cameo. A remake of the successful Telugu film, Dhee. The film was released on 2 August 2012.
Thillu Mullu is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language comedy film directed and co-written by Badri. It is a remake of the 1981 Tamil film of the same name which was a remake of the 1979 Hindi film Gol Maal. The film stars Shiva and Isha Talwar. Prakash Raj enacted the character played by Thengai Srinivasan. Kovai Sarala, Soori, Sathyan, Ilavarasu and Manobala played supporting roles. The music was jointly scored by M. S. Viswanathan and Yuvan Shankar Raja who for the first time worked together. While the film's muhurat took place on 24 August, the shooting commenced in September. The film was released on 14 June 2013.
Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language comedy film co-produced and directed by Sundar C. and produced by his wife Khushbu. The film stars Siddharth, Santhanam, and Hansika Motwani. The film was partially reshot in Telugu as Something Something with Brahmanandam replacing Santhanam and a different supporting cast. The film released on 14 June 2013 to positive reviews, performing well at the box office and becoming a commercial success.

Born in the Indian coastal city of Pondicherry, he started writing lyrics for films and television in the early 2000s and gradually moved to acting as well. The film stars an ensemble cast including Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ravi Mohan, Karthi, Trisha, Jayaram, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, Prakash Raj, Prabhu, R. Sarathkumar, R. Parthiban, Rahman, Lal and Vikram Prabhu. The music was composed by A. R. Rahman, with cinematography by Ravi Varman, editing by A. Sreekar Prasad, and production design by Thota Tharani. Ponniyin Selvan: I dramatises the early life of Chola prince Arunmozhi Varman, who would become the renowned emperor Rajaraja I (947–1014). In the film, Vandiyathevan sets out to cross the Chola land to deliver a message from the crown prince Aditha Karikalan. Meanwhile, Kundavai attempts to establish political peace as vassals and petty chieftains plot against the throne.
