Kurt Johannessen (born 4 December 1933) is a Norwegian former sports shooter. He competed in the 50 metre pistol event at the 1960 Summer Olympics. [1]

Shooting at the 1960 Summer Olympics – Mens 50 metre pistol

The men's 50 metre pistol was a shooting sports event held as part of the Shooting at the 1960 Summer Olympics programme. It was the tenth appearance of the event. The competition was held on 5 to 6 September 1960 at the shooting ranges in Rome. 67 shooters from 40 nations competed.

Herman Horn Johannessen is a Norwegian sailor and Olympic medalist. He received a bronze medal in the Soling Class at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, together with Paul Davis and Espen Stokkeland. He also competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics, in the 470 class.

Erik Johannessen is a Norwegian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper for Viking between 1971 and 1983. He won the Norwegian league six times and earned six caps while playing for Norway. Johannessen has later been a part of Viking coaching-staff as a goalkeeping-coach.

Henry Johannessen was a Norwegian football player. He was born in Fredrikstad, and played for the sports club Fredrikstad FK. He played for the Norwegian national team at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki. He scored seven goals in 14 matches for Norway between 1946 and 1955.

Tore Johannessen

Tore Johannessen was a Norwegian ice hockey referee and sports administrator. As a referee, he officiated at both the Ice Hockey World Championships, and the Winter Olympic Games, and later served as president of the Norwegian Ice Hockey Association. His career was recognized by induction into the IIHF Hall of Fame as a builder in ice hockey, and he received the Norwegian King's Medal of Merit.
