Kurt Nordbø (1 August 1931 – 17 October 2009) was a Norwegian politician for the Socialist Electoral League.
He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Rogaland during the term 1973–1977. In total he met during 14 days of parliamentary session. [1]

Eventual winner Glenn Lyse profited from that rule as he was 33 at the time of his win which also made him the oldest winner of the Idol series worldwide. Lyse beat Bjørn Johan Muri, who was half his age (17), at the final with 56%. However, in a long run the runner-up once again proved to be more successful: In 2010, Muri took part in the Norwegian qualification for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, with the song "Yes Man". Here he qualified for the final, where he finished fourth overall. Despite that, the single still became a #1 hit in Norway.

Alstadhaug Church is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Levanger municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Alstadhaug. It is the church for the Alstadhaug parish which is part of the Stiklestad prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The church seats about 300 people.
The 1940 Norwegian Football Cup was the 39th season of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. This was the last cup until the end of Second World War, due to a sports strike against competition organized by Vidkun Quisling. The tournament was open for all members of NFF, except those from Northern Norway. The final was played at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo on 13 October 1940, and was contested by the last year's losing finalist Skeid and the four-time former winners Fredrikstad. Fredrikstad secured their fifth title with a 3-0 win in the final. Sarpsborg were the defending champions, but were eliminated by Fredrikstad in the semifinal.
Inger Nordbø was a Danish/Norwegian sports swimmer and diver. She was born in Copenhagen, and became Norwegian citizen from 1935. She competed at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, where she placed eleventh in springboard and 12th in platform. She competed at the 1948 Summer Olympics in London. She is credited for the organizing of synchronized swimming in Norway, and was an honorary member of Oslo IL.

Lund Church is a parish church in Kristiansand municipality in Vest-Agder county, Norway. It is located in the district of Lund in the borough of Lund near the central part of the city of Kristiansand. The church is part of the Lund parish in the Kristiansand arch-deanery in the Diocese of Agder og Telemark. The white, hexagonal, stone/brick church was built in 1987 using plans by the architects Landsverk and Nordbø. The church seats about 360 people.
