Kusur is a village in the Zaqatala Rayon of Azerbaijan.
It is suspected that this village has undergone a name change or no longer exists, as no Azerbaijani website mentions it under this name.
Kusur is a Tsakhur village 50 km northeast in Russia. The two placements seem to be placed similarly to their respective international borders. The Azerbaijani placement is probably a map error.
Zagatala District is one of the 66 districts of Azerbaijan. It is located in the north of the country and belongs to the Shaki-Zagatala Economic Region. The district borders the districts of Balakan, Qakh, and the Russian Republic of Dagestan. Its capital and largest city is Zagatala. As of 2020, the district had a population of 129,800.
