Kyle Rubisch (born August 29, 1988) is a professional lacrosse player for the Saskatchewan Rush in the National Lacrosse League.
Rubisch is a graduate from Dowling College. During his tenure there, he was named to the 2010 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Star Team and was a First Team All American. He has also received several accolades with his hometown team, the Brampton Excelsiors of Major Series Lacrosse.
Rubisch was the 2nd overall draft pick, going to the Boston Blazers in the 2010 NLL Entry Draft. In his rookie season Rubisch headed the Blazers defense recording a team-high 143 loose balls and 20 forced turnovers. Rubisch also netted his first NLL goal against Rochester on April 2. No surprise that after the season, Rubisch was named to NLL All-Rookie Team. [1]
In August 2011, the Blazers announced that they would be suspending operations, and a dispersal draft was held. Rubisch was picked second overall by the Edmonton Rush. [2] Rubisch was named the NLL Defensive Player of the year in 2012, [3] 2013, [4] and 2014. [5]
Heading into the 2023 NLL season, Inside Lacrosse named Rubisch the #6 best defender in the NLL. [6]
Rubisch also represented Canada on the 2011 FIL World Indoor Lacrosse Championship in Prague. He helped his team to win gold medals and he was also named to tournament All-Star Team.

Tracey Kelusky is a Canadian former lacrosse player and current head coach of Panther City LC. Kelusky played for the Columbus Landsharks, Montreal Express, Calgary Roughnecks, Buffalo Bandits and Philadelphia Wings. While with the Roughnecks, Kelusky was named captain and led them to titles in 2004 and 2009.
Brodie Merrill is a Canadian professional lacrosse player. He currently plays in the National Lacrosse League for the San Diego Seals and Premier Lacrosse League for the Cannons. Merrill is recognized by the Premier Lacrosse League as having revolutionized the LSM position, and is the namesake for the Brodie Merrill LSM of the Year Award, being the only active PLL player to have an award named after them. Merrill is widely regarded as one of the greatest defensemen in lacrosse history, in both the indoor and outdoor game.
Patrick Merrill is a former Canadian professional lacrosse player for the Toronto Rock in the National Lacrosse League and of the Toronto Nationals in Major League Lacrosse. He is currently the Head Coach and General Manager of the San Diego Seals.

Dhane Smith is a professional lacrosse player for the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League and the Victoria Shamrocks of the Western Lacrosse Association, as well as Chaos Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League. Smith began his career in 2009 with the Kitchener-Waterloo Braves of the Ontario Junior A Lacrosse League, where he won the Green Gael Trophy as the league's MVP in 2012.
