The 15th edition of the LOS40 Music Awards was held on December 5, 2020. The ceremony was presented primarily from Madrid, Spain, but held without a live audience due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. It featured performances from many parts of the world following the international protocole against COVID-19 propagation. [1]

The Premios Gardel a la Música, or just Premios Gardel, is an award presented by the Argentine Chamber of Phonograms and Videograms Producers (CAPIF) to recognize the best of Argentine music and to award the talent of Argentine artists in a diversity of genres and categories. The trophy depicts a sculpture of French Argentine tango singer Carlos Gardel, one of Argentina's music icons. The annual presentation ceremony features performances by prominent artists, and the presentation of awards that have more popular interest.
Aitana Ocaña Morales, known mononymously as Aitana, is a Spanish singer and actress. She first gained national recognition in 2017, placing as the runner-up in the revival series of the Spanish reality television talent competition Operación Triunfo. While competing on the show, Aitana recorded the single "Lo Malo" with fellow contestant Ana Guerra as part of the songs in the running to represent Spain in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. The song became an instant hit in Spain, debuting at number-one and holding the spot for several weeks. Following the competition, Aitana signed a 360º record deal with Universal Music and released her debut solo single "Teléfono" to commercial success and streaming-breaking records.
Ana Alicia Guerra Morales, better known as Ana Guerra, is a Spanish singer. She rose to prominence when she took part in series nine of the reality television talent competition Operación Triunfo, where she finished in fifth place.
Tráiler is the debut extended play by Spanish singer Aitana. It will be released through Universal Music's Spain subdivision on 30 November 2018. Tráiler was produced by Aitana, being the first musical project where the singer was involved in that area. The EP was co-produced by Mauricio Rengifo and Andrés Torres, who in 2017 produced the song "Despacito" among other producers. It features six original songs, of which one is a collaboration with the Venezuelan-American singer Lele Pons.
Morat is a Colombian band formed in the country's capital city, Bogotá. The band is formed by Juan Pablo Isaza, Juan Pablo Villamil and the brothers Simón Vargas and Martín Vargas. Play Tour is the debut concert tour headlined by Spanish singer Aitana to promote her debut album Spoiler. The tour began on June 22, 2019 in Murcia and has visited bullrings, parks, amphitheatres and arenas. An extension to the tour, title + Play Tour, was added on February 7, 2020 and was set to begin on May 23, 2020 in Valencia and to conclude on December 20 at the WiZink Center in Madrid comprising 37 concerts. However, on May 29, the singer announced the cancellation of the remaining tour stops. The Barcelona concert was recorded for the live album Play Tour: En Directo (2020).

11 Razones is the second studio album by Spanish singer Aitana, released on 11 December 2020 through Universal Music. Aitana enlisted usual producers Andrés Torres and Mauricio Rengifo to create a concept album about the reasons she had to leave a fictional male partner. The album features guest vocals from Sebastián Yatra, Cali y El Dandee, Beret, Natalia Lacunza, Álvaro Díaz and Pole, and is presented as a musical shift of Aitana into early the millennium's pop rock.
The 35th Goya Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences (AACCE), honored the best in Spanish films of 2020 and took place at the Teatro del Soho CaixaBank in Málaga on 6 March 2021. The sixteenth edition of LOS40 Music Awards was held at the Velòdrom Illes Balears in Palma de Mallorca, on November 12, 2021. Ed Sheeran was the most-awarded artist at the ceremony, winning a total of four awards for Best Artist, Best Song and Video, and Best Live Act.
