LaGaylia Frazier (born 16 February 1961) is an American-born Swedish singer who specializes in Soul and jazz.
LaGaylia Frazier was born in Miami, Florida. and grew up in Miami Shores. As a child she played classical piano for twelve years. She began singing at the age of 15 and received a full scholarship at the University of Miami where she majored in voice and musical theatre.
After leaving the University of Miami, she performed with Top 40 bands, eventually joining singer Rosco Martinez and pianist Paquito Hechavarriais in a Pop-Latin dance band whose recording debut was as Bandera in 1989. Bandera enjoyed radio support in Florida but were otherwise overlooked despite a European promotional tour by Frazier and her bandmates. After a sabbatical in Britain, Frazier returned to Florida in 1990 and was hired to sing with the house band at the Fort Lauderdale club Coconuts. After she was noticed by a manager, Eliot Weisman, she began singing in Atlantic City and Las Vegas.
Frazier sang backup on the song "I Can't Wait Another Minute" (R&B #1, Pop #8) by Hi-Five and on the title song from the album Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me by Gloria Estefan. In 1994, with Emilio Estefan producing, she recorded the Jon Secada song "Shower Me With Your Love" for the soundtrack to the film The Specialist .
While performing at Coconuts in 1999, Frazier was discovered by Marie Schröder, who was visiting the US and became her manager. Frazier went on tour in Scandinavia with the 2000 edition of Rhapsody in Rock by Robert Wells. She moved to Sweden in 2001 where she currently resides. She participated in Rhapsody of Rock tours in 2001, 2002, 2007 and 2011 editions.
Frazier made two bids to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest: at Melodifestivalen 2004 with "It's in the Stars" and at Melodifestivalen 2005 with "Nothing at All". Both were released by the Lionheart Records M&L label. In 2005, Frazier signed a three-single deal with Lionheart but subsequent to "Nothing at All", which reached No. 38 on the Swedish chart, she had only one single release, "Head in the Clouds" in April 2006. Her album Uncovered was released in 2007 by her label TBG. She wrote nine of the album's ten songs with its producer, Marcus Dernulf.
In 2008, Frazier participated in the Romanian national pre-selection round for Eurovision known as Selecția Națională, performing the song "Dr Frankenstein". She won the Baltic Festival in Karlshamn with her song "Over and Over Again" in July 2008.
In 2003 Frazier performed as Anita in the Malmö Opera and Music Theatre's production of West Side Story . She repeated the role in Stockholm at Stadstheatre in 2015. In 2004, and 2011 she appeared at the Stockholm Jazz Festival. Her 2011 performance in the Festival was joined by her father Hal Frazier. Since 2010 she has collaborated and toured with pianist Jan Lundgren and his trio, performing in the Ystad Jazz Festival again with her father Hal Frazier. At a concert with Lundgren's trio at the Jazz Museum in Strömsholm, she received the Anita O'Day Award in August 2010. Her second album, Until It's Time (2012), was a collaboration with Lundgren. She was also invited to sing at a tribute to Quincy Jones held in Ystad and attended by Quincy Jones himself.
Beginning in 2010, she toured in Sweden in an R&B revue entitled the Blues Mothers with Sahlene. She was a choirmaster in Season #2 of Körslaget (2008-09).
She is one of the jury in Talang 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 which is broadcast on TV4. [1] She participated as a celebrity dancer in Let's Dance 2019 , which is broadcast on TV4. [2]

Jill Anna Maria Johnson is a Swedish country and pop singer, songwriter and TV-host. She performed in the Melodifestivalen 1998 contest, winning with the song "Kärleken är", and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 with that song, which finished 10th with 53 points. In 2003 she entered Melodifestivalen for the second time with "Crazy in Love", which finished fourth in the final. She also hosted the final of Melodifestivalen 2005. Måns Petter Albert Sahlén Zelmerlöw is a Swedish singer and television presenter. He took part in Idol 2005, eventually finishing fifth, won the first season of Let's Dance, and scored a hit with his 2007 song "Cara Mia", which was his entry in that year's Melodifestivalen. Zelmerlöw was the host of Allsång på Skansen from 2011 to 2013. He participated in Melodifestivalen in 2007, 2009 and won in 2015. Zelmerlöw represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 2015 with the song "Heroes", winning the contest with 365 points. Zelmerlöw and Petra Mede co-hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 held in Stockholm.
Talang 2007 was the first season of the show Talang, the Swedish version of Got Talent. Talang 2007 had its premiere on 13 April 2007 and ended on 1 June 2007. The winner of the show was Zillah & Totte. This season was hosted by Peppe Eng, and the judges were: Tobbe Blom, Hanna Hedlund and Bert Karlsson.
Jan Lundgren, born on 22 March 1966 in Olofström, Blekinge, and resident in Ystad since 2005, is an internationally active Swedish jazz musician. He is a pianist, composer, and senior lecturer at the Malmö Academy of Music, where he has taught since autumn 1991, as well as the Artistic Director of the Ystad Sweden Jazz Festival, Ystad Winter Piano Fest and Jazzhus Montmartre in Copenhagen. Jan Lundgren is a Steinway Artist and has won many awards. He tours internationally and is signed to the German record label, ACT.

Linda Norrgård Pritchard is a Swedish artist, who has worked with Magnus Uggla and Ace of Base. As a student she attended the Adolf Fredrik's Music School in Stockholm. She participated in Idol 2008 where she got to the qualifying round but was then eliminated, although she was considered one of the favourites. During the summer of 2009, Pritchard participated in Allsång på Skansen as a dancer for Magnus Uggla and she also choreographed for Ace of Base. Pritchard also accompanied Ugglas on his revue tour. Pritchard's first single "Fast Car", originally recorded by Tracy Chapman, was included in the compilation album Absolute Music 61. She had previously sung backing vocals for Celine Dion and Britney Spears. In 2019, Pritchard appeared on stage at the Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv, Israel as one of the backing singers for the United Kingdom entry performed by Michael Rice.

Jon Henrik Mario Fjällgren is a Colombian-born Swedish-Sámi singer and jojkare, an interpreter of Sámi joik. He was the winner of Talang Sverige 2014, the Swedish version of Got Talent. Upon winning the competition he released the music album Goeksegh. He has participated in Melodifestivalen four times, in 2015 he placed second, in 2017 he placed third, and in 2019 and 2023 he placed fourth.
Isa Sanna Mattiasdotter Tengblad, known professionally as simply Isa is a Swedish singer, songwriter, and producer. She is best known for her participations in Melodifestivalen 2015 and Melodifestivalen 2016. The nightcore remix of her 2012 single "Bomb" has amassed over 20 million views on YouTube across several re-uploads. She independently released her most recent EP in fall 2022, titled "Anxiety Boulevard," which she also produced and wrote. In addition to her career as a performer, Tengblad has written and produced songs for artists such as Jordin Sparks and Peg Parnevik.
