Landmark Christian School is a K-12 private Christian school in the Atlanta metropolitan area in Georgia, United States. It has a main campus in Fairburn, serving students in grades K4 through 12, and a satellite campus in Peachtree City, serving grades K4 through 4. [1]
Landmark Christian School opened in the fall of 1989 with 170 students in grades 7 through 12. The original campus was housed in a converted warehouse in Fayetteville, Georgia. In 1991, the school relocated to the former Campbell High School building in Fairburn, where its main campus remains to this day. In 2004, a satellite elementary-only campus was opened in Peachtree City. Today, the school serves more than 930 students from across the southside of Atlanta. A new state-of-the-art high school is planned to open on the Fairburn campus in the fall of 2021. [2]
As of 2020–2021, Landmark has 930 students at both the Fairburn campus and the Peachtree City campus. The school is diverse in its population and socioeconomic backgrounds of the students enrolled. The students are primarily from four counties, Douglas, Fayette, S. Fulton, and Coweta. The Landmark community includes students and their families, staff members, teachers, and board members, originating from over 180 churches. [1]

It was founded in 1963 and has existed on its current grounds since 1996. The school includes grades K–12 with a student body of 1179 for the 2019–2020 school year. The high school comprises 496 students, is a member of the Georgia High School Association, and competes in the AAA classification in Region 7. The school is named after John Wesley, the founder of Methodism, and all faculty are professed Christians from varying denominations. Students come from a variety of faith backgrounds.
Alexander Christian Mortensen is an American football coach and former quarterback. He played college football at Arkansas and at Samford. He was signed by the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2009.
Seigakuin Atlanta International School was an international, private, Christian elementary school located in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, United States, northeast of Atlanta, It is an affiliate to Seigakuin University, and therefore is a Shiritsu zaigai kyōiku shisetsu or an overseas branch of a Japanese private school. It was the only school in Greater Atlanta to have its curriculum accredited by the Japanese Ministry of Education. From its founding in 1990 until 2003, the school had been located on the property of Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven, DeKalb County. In 2003, the school moved to its final location. From April 2008 until the school's 2018 closure, Minako Oki Ahearn served as the principal.
Kyle Patrick Wren is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He is the son of former Atlanta Braves' general manager Frank Wren.
